Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we do not at this time. 

How long will it take to ship my purchase? 

Shipping times can vary based on location, but on average will take anywhere from 2-7 business days.

Who can I contact if I am having issues ordering online?

Feel free to contact us 24/7 and we will do our best to reply within 24 hours of your query. 

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If your package states delivered but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier first! They will have more insight on the location of your package than we will. Once you've reached out to the shipping carrier, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you further. We may need a case number so be sure to keep that on file.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) minus any return fees*.

Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 3-5 business day processing time. You may be contacted to see if you would like your order re-shipped for an additional shipping fee. If a response is not received within our processing window then the return will be processed and you may place a new order.

*Return fees vary per package and are non-negotiable. You are being charged for the cost of the package being sent back to us.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Please send us a message if you have any questions about an item before purchasing. 

We accept returns within 10 days of ordering. We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items. 

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

This store is powered by Shopify, widely considered one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world, and all payments are processed through them and Paypal Express. You can read more about PCI compliance and Shopify's security here.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in a small family run facility in Peru.  our manufacturer upholds high ethical standards for production and employee safety

What size am I?

Please check our size guide for the exact measurements of our garments. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to find the right fit for you!

How do I care for my convrt items?

First ask yourself:  Do I really need to wash this? Garments can typically be worn 4-5 times before washing. 

You will best preserve the lifespan of the garment, by machine washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Since our garments are naturally dyed, we recommend not drying in the sun to prevent discolouration; instead dry in a shaded area. 

If you can’t get around throwing your clothes in the dryer, just keep in mind that all-natural fibres, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage — ours will shrink between 3-5%.

You can wash the clothes in warm water as well (30°C) if your clothes are really dirty, we just prefer cold water as it saves on electricity.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! Our packaging is 100% plastic free.
